Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 7, 2026
This statement covers the AeroJess application itself — the dashboard where you build sites, sign-in and account pages, and this marketing site. It does not cover the websites published with the service; each of those gets its own accessibility statement, linked from its footer, describing that site specifically.
Scope of this statement
This statement applies to everything served at this domain outside of a customer's published site: the marketing pages, sign-up and sign-in, and the site-building dashboard.
Conformance status
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Our current status is partially conformant: some parts of the dashboard meet that standard, and others have not yet been independently audited.
Our engineering effort so far has focused on the websites customers publish with the service, which are held to WCAG 2.1 AA and checked with automated and keyboard testing before every release. A dedicated audit of the dashboard itself is planned; this statement will be updated as that work lands.
What already works
Independently of a full audit, we know the following holds today:
- The dashboard is built with standard HTML form controls, each with a visible, programmatically associated label.
- Every page carries a language attribute matching the language you are using the dashboard in.
- The interface follows your operating system's light/dark preference and supports the browser's own text zoom.
- Sign-in, sign-up, and password reset can be completed with the keyboard alone.
Known gaps
Until the dedicated audit is complete, treat the following as open:
- Some custom editor controls (drag-to-reorder lists, colour pickers, rich-text toolbars) may not yet have a full keyboard equivalent for every action a mouse can perform.
- Colour contrast in the dashboard's own theme has not yet been systematically checked the way our customers' site themes have (see our engineering notes on that work if you are curious).
Reporting a problem
If you use assistive technology and run into something in the dashboard you cannot use, please tell us — it goes straight into the queue for the audit above. Contact us at:
