How billing works
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel — this is a continuing transaction (עסקה מתמשכת) under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. Prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels (₪), inclusive of VAT.
Changing plans
Upgrading takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the rest of your current period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period — you keep your current plan's features until then, and you're never charged twice for the same period.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing page — no phone call or email needed. If you subscribed within the last 14 days, cancelling refunds that period in full, per the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010.
After that window, cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the period already paid for; you keep your plan's features until it ends.
