Terms of Service

Last updated: August 7, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and AeroJess. By creating an account you accept them. AeroJess is operated from Israel, and these terms are governed by Israeli law — see “Governing law” below.

Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to your AeroJess account, the dashboard, and every site you build and publish with it. Creating an account, or continuing to use the service, means you accept them.

If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business, and “you” below means that business.

Your account

You are responsible for:

Your content, and what we do with it

You own the content of the sites you build — your text, images, and everything else you put into them. You grant AeroJess the limited licence needed to store, process, host, and display that content in order to run the service, including generating it with AI at your request. We claim no other rights to it.

You are responsible for your content being lawful, for having the rights to publish it, and for it not infringing anyone else's rights. You are also responsible for the accuracy of anything AI drafted that you choose to keep — see “AI-generated content” below.

You are responsible for your own published site's compliance with the law that applies to it, including any notice or disclosure your site needs beyond what AeroJess adds automatically (see “Data processing for your site” below).

Data processing for your site

When a visitor to your published site submits your contact form, AeroJess stores that submission and makes it available to you. For that data, you are the controller under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and AeroJess acts only as the holder (מחזיק) of the database on your behalf — this section is that agreement, as Amendment 13 to the Law requires.

As holder, AeroJess will: process the data only to operate the service and only on your instructions; apply security measures consistent with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017; not use it for its own purposes or disclose it to anyone else; and delete it when your site or account is deleted, subject to the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the notice your own site gives visitors about that data, for having a lawful basis to collect whatever your contact form asks for, and for responding to a visitor who asks to see, correct, or delete what they submitted. The privacy policy AeroJess adds to your site when you publish it is a starting point for that notice, not a substitute for your own judgment about what your site actually collects.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as you choose) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel — this is a continuing transaction (עסקה מתמשכת) under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and this paragraph is the disclosure that law requires.

Prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels (₪) inclusive of VAT at the rate in force at the time of billing.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal. If a charge fails, we may suspend the features of your plan until it is resolved.

Cancellation and cooling-off

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard's billing page (“Manage billing”), which opens our payment processor's self-service portal — the same way you can subscribe, cancellation needs no phone call or email.

If you subscribed at a distance (as you did, through this website), the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5771-2010 give you 14 days from the day you subscribed to cancel for a full refund, for any reason.

After that period, or if you cancel while a paid period is already under way, cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the period you have already paid for; we may also charge the cancellation fee the law allows, the lower of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your sites — it stops billing. To delete your account entirely, see “Termination” below.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AeroJess to:

AI-generated content

The site generator drafts content using AI, from what you tell it about your business. It can be wrong, out of date, or not what you meant — check it before you publish, the same way you would check anything a person drafted on your behalf.

AeroJess does not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, and you are responsible for reviewing and correcting it before your site goes live.

Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where reasonably possible.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, poses a security risk, or is more than a limited grace period past due on billing.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent Israeli law permits, AeroJess is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Deleting a site starts a short grace period during which it can be restored, after which the site and its data are permanently removed, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account for a material breach of these terms that you do not correct after we notify you, or immediately for conduct that is illegal or puts the service or other users at risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including “Limitation of liability” and “Governing law” — continue to apply after your account is closed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will give notice in the dashboard before a material change takes effect.
